A CarDash Service Advisor is focused on working with customers to schedule preventative maintenance requests, coordinate outside repairs with partner service centers, develop work estimates, deliver invoices, plan and manage and document administrative work flow. You will be responsible for all customer communications and you'll be the point of continuity for the car owner. The purpose of this role is to maximize customer satisfaction and individual sales.
For requests that are outside of the scope of our normal operations, the service coordinator would need to engage in independent research to come up with a reasonable price for our customer and document the process. This would include things like dings and dents, windshield replacement, window tinting, scratch repair, wheels and rims, exhaust systems—anything car-related.
Compensation: $30-$40/hr depending on experience and qualifications'
